RETURN PRODUCT AND ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

HB will issue a credit or replacement for unused Products when:

  • There is a product defect or shipping issue (damage, lost shipment, etc.).

  • Customer follows HB’s return authorization process.

 

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Products were improperly stored or handled.

  • Customer refused or was unavailable for delivery.
